Plain-language agreement

By creating or using an account, you agree to follow these terms and the community rules. You are responsible for what you post, repost, sell, and send through the site.

Community rules

1. No hate or discrimination. No racism, antisemitism, Islamophobia, xenophobia, sexism, misogyny, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or attacks based on someone’s identity.
2. No threats or encouragement of violence. No death threats, direct or indirect threats, calls for violence, or celebrating real harm against a person or group.
3. No harassment. No sexual harassment, unwanted sexual comments or images, stalking, bullying, dogpiling, impersonation, or repeatedly contacting someone who told you to stop.
4. Protect private information. Do not post or threaten to post someone’s address, phone number, private messages, workplace, or other private identifying information without permission.
5. No scams, spam, or illegal listings. Do not post scams, spam, malware, stolen goods, illegal goods, counterfeit goods, or fake marketplace links.
6. Use the site honestly. Do not manipulate votes, evade a suspension, create accounts to harass people, or pretend to be another person or organization.

Moderation

Admins and moderators may hold, remove, or limit content; reject marketplace listings; suspend accounts; or permanently delete accounts when needed to protect the community or enforce these terms. Serious threats or illegal activity may be reported to the proper authorities.

Your content and outside links

You keep ownership of content you create. You give Daily Himbo permission to display it as part of the site until it is removed. Daily Himbo links to outside websites and does not control their content, privacy practices, sales, refunds, or security.

Accounts and privacy

The site stores your email, public username, account settings, and activity you create. Never put private information in your username or public posts. You may delete your account from your profile. If an administrator permanently bans an account, the email and username are kept in a restricted ban list only to prevent that person from registering them again.

No guarantee

The site is provided as available. Features may change, stop, or be removed. These terms may be updated; if an important update requires acceptance, the site will ask you again.
